Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. I gladly accept returns and exchanges. please contact me immediately through e-mail or Shopify messaging.
Refunds or exchanges are available provided you contact me PRIOR to returning and within 3 days of receipt. Please return within 7 days of receipt. I don't accept cancellations after your order is placed. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in its original, unworn condition less the original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred for return shipping and also for a replacement item if one is requested. Custom orders, including custom sizing, cannot be returned.
Returned items must be in their original unworn, undamaged condition and in their original packaging. Please consider insurance on returned items as I cannot issue a refund on a return that I don't receive.
