What materials do you use in your jewelry?

  • Bracelets are made with supple leather cord, glass beads, and woven nylon thread for durability. Styles that incorporate buttons for a clasp are describe in the item description, but are typically silver-plated, copper-plated, pewter, or bronze. Some bracelets may feature strong magnetic clasps and may interfere with pacemakers.
  • Earrings are made with Czech glass beads and silver-plated ear-wires. You can substitute clip-on backs for no extra charge. Please state this as an option in your order.
  • Wire-wrapped pendants are made with gemstones or crystals and are wrapped with silver-plated or bronze-plated copper wire. The wire is tarnish resistant. An adjustable leather choker (13") is included.

How should I care for my hand-made jewelry?

  • Please treat your items gently. Avoid lotions and creams, as the glass bead finishes can be damaged. Avoid getting the leather wet.

What is the easiest way to fasten a button clasp bracelet?

  • Drape the button end over the top of your wrist, with the button facing you. Wrap the bracelet your wrist to meet the button. Holding the bracelet against your body, slip the button through the leather loop. Excess leather loops can be trimmed off if desired.

My bracelet doesn't fit well. What should I do?

  • You can return your new, unworn bracelet and ask for an exchange, or refund providing information on how the fit is not to your liking. A new bracelet or refund will be sent after we receive your return. See "Returns and Exchanges" page.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

  • Please send me a photo of the damaged piece, and I will either issue a complete refund, or substitute a new piece of equal or greater value. Damages reported more than 3 days from delivery will not be refunded. See "Returns and Exchanges" page.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

  • Contact me directly to discuss details concerning minimum quantities and pricing.

Shipping Policies

  • Items will be shipped USPS First Class with Tracking Number usually within 3-10 business days after payment is received. Shipping times vary depending on destination. Orders placed within 10 days of major holidays may be delayed due to demand.
  • Upgrades and Insurance are available for an additional fee.
  • The item will come packaged in a colorful fiber-filled box and mailed in a padded envelope along with a note on how to care for your item.
  • If you would like insurance or upgraded Priority shipping, please contact me BEFORE placing your order so I can advise you of additional charges and add that to your invoice.
